Here is the outline I follow for my presentation at parties.  You can do it however you would like, but this gives you a general idea of what to do at a party.

1. Welcome
2. Thank the host for having me in her lovely home
3. Have everyone fill out the contact form and remember to    include their email address.  I will send an email to everyone with a link for a free gift account

As you clean up let your hostess and guests know you will be closing the party in ONE week.  It is common for people to first go home and send their free card (GAW) to see for themselves.  Remember: this is only their 2nd exposure.  First one was the invitation in the mail.  We all know conversion to SOC comes at that all important GAW.  That leads us to the next post: Followup!!!
