This is also an important step. Approx. two days before the party, call your hostess and:
A. Tell her you are excited
B. Ask her if she has any last minute questions
C. Let her know you will be there 20 minutes prior to the party to set up
D. Encourage her to call her guests as a reminder - this increases attendence
At this time she may tell you how many guests she is expecting so far. Make sure you have enough clipboards, brochures and name-tags for all that will attend.
